A clean, healthy mouth is vital in promoting your overall health, and we help you manage your dental health through routine exams and cleanings. Regular dental visits play a critical role in maintaining your oral health - not only to find and remedy any problems with teeth or gums, but also to assess the general condition of your oral health, point out potential trouble spots, and offer suggestions for preventive care.
Routine dental exams are an essential part of maintaining your oral health. Even if your last appointment was cavity-free, you don't want to get into the habit of skipping an appointment. Oral problems can develop quickly and can lead to serious health problems if left undetected even for short periods of time.
For most patients at Royal Family Dental, we recommend a dental exam every six months. The frequency of your exams may vary based on your personalized treatment plan.
At Royal Family Dental, we provide Preventive dental care for infants, children and adults. During your dental exams with us, we'll identify any underlying problems with your teeth, gums or mouth. This is also a great opportunity to discuss any concerns you have with us.
With regular dental exams, you can often prevent gum disease, cavities and other dental health problems.

An intraoral camera is a small video camera that takes an image of the outside of the gum or tooth. Not only can our team get a better look, but we'll show you what's going on in your mouth, as well. - Periodontal Therapy (Scaling and Root Planning)
Periodontitis is a term that is commonly known as gum disease would be defined as inflammation around the tissue of the teeth. We have very effective therapies to combat this, such as scalings (deep cleanings) that remove plaque and calculus (tartar) from beneath the gum line.
